1. 손님이 방문했을 때

(접수처에서)
R: Good morning. May I help you?
V: Yes, I'd like to see Mr. Kim, please.
R: May I have your name, sir?
V: I'm Paul Robinson of IBM.
R: I'll call Mr. Kim's office. One moment, please.
(인터폰으로)
R: This is reception, Ms. Lee.
Mr. Paul Robinson of IBM would like to see Mr. Kim.
S: I'll see if he's available. One moment, please.
(손님에게)
R: Thank you for waiting, Mr. Robinson. 
Mr. Kim can see you now. His secretary is coming down now.    
Would you like to have a seat over there and wait for a few minutes?
V: Thank you.
S: Mr. Robinson? I'm Mr. Kim's secretary. I'll take you to his office.
Please come this way.

R: Good morning. May I help you?
V: Yes, my name is Paul Robinson of IBM.
I have an appointment with Mr. Kim at 10.
R: Yes, Mr. Robinson. I'll call Mr. Kim's office. One moment, please.
(인터폰으로)
S: Oh, yes. Please send him up.
R: Yes, thank you.
(손님에게)
R: Thank you for waiting, Mr. Robinson.
Mr. Kim is expecting you. Please take the elevator on your right to the 7th floor.
Mr. Kim's office is on the left side.
V: Thank you. 
● 회사내의 장소. 방향을 가리킬 때
V: Excuse me. I'm trying to find the ladies' room.
R: Yes, ma'am. Go straight down the hall and turn right at the corner.
You'll see it right away.
V: Thank you.
R: You're welcome.

V: Could you help me, Miss?
R: Yes, of course.
V: I'd like to know where a bookstore is?
R: Yes, sir. It's downstairs in the basement. Please take the elevator on the right.
V: Thank you.
R: You're welcome.
